2026 Youth Department Mission
To influence children and youth with the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; to help them grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ; to walk in the realities of who they are in Christ and what belongs to them IN HIM; and lastly to nurture a desire for them to reach out to others in love to tell them about Jesus.
2026 Youth Department Vision and Promise
Every Covenant Kid loving God with all their heart, mind, and soul and their neighbor as themselves manifesting the glory of God everywhere they go changing lives for God's glory and His kingdom.
PROMISE:
God has given the Covenant Kids a promise that His hand is upon us and all that He has and all that heaven has to offer is at our disposal. With this promise, we can fulfill out obligation to shine as lights in a dark world and fulfill the Great Commission to preach the gospel to every creature.

History
Get to Know Us
Basic Bible study for the Youth Department was renamed Covenant Kids Club in 1997. Our scripture basis was Isaiah 59:21 (NIV).
Our motto was"Jesus in Me." Our motto was Galatians 2:20.
Our mascot was and is the Covenant Lion.
Our Bible studies were focused on the life and teachings of Jesus and our rights and privileges in Christ (who you are, what you have, and what you can do- our A-Z's in Christ).
In 1998 God spoke this promise to the Covenant Kids-"My hand is upon you, All that I HAVE and all that HEAVEN HAS TO OFFER is at your disposal."
September 2013 God told us the Covenant Kids were also to be called Covenant Lights. His expectation is that they manifest His light which is His Glory to the world. His Covenant Promise remains the same.
