Elder Phyllis A. Walker, Pastor
Elder Phyllis Ann Walker was ordained in September 2004 by the United Holy Church of America,

Pastor Walker became a member of New Covenant in October 1962 and began volunteering in New Covenant first as a member of the Usher Department and the Choir. Later, she was drafted as a Sunday school teacher while doubling as the Church Clerk. She was promoted from church clerk to Church Accountant. She created a discipleship program, Youth Ambassadors for Christ, which met once a month, offering Bible classes on various subjects along with fellowship outings regularly. Before she was appointed Pastor, Elder Walker taught the Basic Bible Studies for New and Growing Christians weekly for thirty years.
